To the whole Team at Lucid

We (Honda Kyalami)  had a deal where one of our customers, who was looking to finance 3 bikes from our dealership,  and upon us doing his application for finance we picked up that he was listed on ITC,  and for a financial institution to assist the customer with finance would be difficult.

We contacted Lucid and Donavan Fox was there to assist us and he never lost his patience with us and our million calls…. Always helpful and making jokes to calm us down, even though sent the lead to him very late and he never complained about time…

And once we received all the required documents and had the client sign the documents. We had an outstanding response and the client was removed from ITC.

We started working on this transaction at 8 am on the 28/09/2011 and at 12pm 28/09/2011.. the clients ITC profile was changed to enquires only and no trace of the ITC Listing…

In a span of 4 hours the clients ITC was cleared and the client was able to finance his 3 bikes… In 4 hours…
