These questions relate to your information, contained at the Credit Bureau, the Deeds Office and the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission. Only you will know the correct answers.

If you are successful in completing the 5 questions, you will then be sent an SMS – with a unique verification code and an email – requesting you to reply, with a simple click. The SMS and email, will be delivered to the mobile and email address you used to register.
You will be directed to a new screen, which requires you to insert the unique SMS code. Then find the verification email (please check your “junk” and “spam” folders) and click the “activate account” button in the body of the email.
You will then have access to all the amazing features Lucid has to offer like, FREE credit reports, Property & Vehicle valuations.
If you are not successful with the below verification process, you will be required to send us a copy of your ID, proof or residence and our consent form. We will have to manually verify you. The system will direct you through the manual process.
